How Haplo handles launch-list, feedback, content workflow and CMS access data during the beta.

2. What Haplo collects

3. Lawful bases
- Consent: launch-list emails and optional analytics cookies.
- Contract or steps before a contract: providing the beta workflow you ask Haplo to run.
- Legitimate interests: beta support, security, debugging, service improvement and abuse prevention.
- Legal obligation: where records must be kept or disclosed by law.
4. Third-party services
Haplo may use third-party services to operate the website, feedback form, launch-list form, analytics, keyword research, SERP analysis, AI-assisted content generation and CMS publishing. The Sub-processors page lists confirmed services and connected platforms.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this applies, Haplo should rely on appropriate safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled.
