Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Who operates Haplo
Haplo is a beta product owned and operated by STRINGERSEO Limited. These Beta Terms apply when you access the Haplo website or use the Haplo beta content generation workflow.
This page is intended to provide clear beta terms for users. It should be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before paid plans, enterprise use or wider public launch.
2. Beta status
Haplo is currently provided as a beta tool. The workflow may change, features may be added or removed, and bugs or service interruptions may occur.
- Use draft mode while testing where the selected CMS supports it.
- Do not rely on Haplo as the only review step before publishing content.
- Keep a copy of any important content or CMS settings before testing integrations.
3. CMS access and user responsibility
You must only connect a CMS, website, store, project or dataset where you have permission to do so.
- Do not paste your normal CMS login password into Haplo.
- Use a dedicated, revocable WordPress Application Password or platform API token.
- Use the minimum permissions needed to create draft content.
- Revoke the credential after testing if you no longer need Haplo access.
Haplo uses CMS tokens, usernames and passwords for the current request only. The backend does not store API tokens, usernames or passwords.
4. AI-assisted content and editorial review
Haplo creates AI-assisted draft content from the information you provide and from the research workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing the output before publication.
- Check factual accuracy, sources, claims, pricing, dates and named entities.
- Check brand fit, tone of voice, formatting, internal links and CMS rendering.
- Check legal, regulatory, intellectual-property and sector-specific compliance before publication.
- Do not use Haplo to generate misleading, unlawful, infringing, spam or deceptive content.
5. SEO outcomes
Haplo helps with keyword research, competitor analysis, content drafting and CMS publishing. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, leads, revenue or inclusion in AI search features.
6. Data and privacy
How Haplo handles personal data and content workflow data is explained in the Privacy Notice. If Haplo processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the Data Processing Addendum may also apply.
7. Limitation during beta
To the extent permitted by law, Haplo is provided during beta without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every CMS setup. Nothing in these Beta Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
